chassis is a mix of aluminum and CFRP. aluminum castings, extrusions, sheet metal. you see a lot of parallels with other cars of a similar configuration. in concept/layout the GR GT is extremely similar to the C5/C6/C7 Corvette, especially the C6 Z06 and C7

The catch-all "Social Media Manager" role is dying.

I've had countless conversations with founders and heads of marketing over the past couple of months, and there's a recurring theme I've noticed...

Everyone is hiring for some sort of social role.

But people are getting smarter about how they carve out the JD.

Traditionally, the SMM would juggle 6 social platforms, do daily community management across all of them, create content, manage campaigns, and stay on top of all trends & analytics.

Now, I'm seeing hiring managers niche down and look for highly skilled specialists within a specific domain.

Examples:

"X & LI Content Manager"
"IG Reels Creator"
"Head of X"
"X Video Clipper"
"Internal Social Consultant"
"Head of YT"
"Outbound Community Manager" 
"IG/TT Manager"

It makes sense and is something I called out a few years ago.

Each platform is different. 

Anyone who has done social before will tell you this.

There are different growth hacks, formatting options,  etiquette, culture, memes, and different personalities that people bring to each platform

And not every brand needs to be on 6 social platforms.

Most would be better off dominating on the 1-2 platforms where their audience is spending most of their time.

So hire accordingly.

Find someone who will make your brand stand out on that specific platform.

Someone who lives and breathes the culture of the platform.

Someone who could tell you all of the ins & outs, minute details about how to make your content stand out, and who has gotten results before. 

Hire them.

Give them specific goals & guardrails.

Then get out of their way and watch them make magic happen.
