The biggest red flag is when I get pitched by "fractional" CFOs, COOs, and CMOs... Especially for an early stage startup... Because the last thing we need is a part-time exec doing "strategy" with no skin in the game. The only thing that matters is if you can market, sell, or build. Titles mean nothing. You're better off finding another way to sell your skills.

4th bloodwork test I got my latest bloodwork. I've been drifting closer to hypothyroidism Last month I sort taught myself about it, and tried to improve it but it only got worse I'm not eating enough carbs and think that I am low on selenium Already doing mag and zinc and vitamin d. But I think I'm overtraining and not giving my body the fuel it needs re carbs I did keto for 2 years a few years ago. Pros and cons to it but honestly wouldn't do it again I always feel way better when I'm eating more healthy carbs like sweet potato / potatoes, rice, quinoa, oats, fruits veggies I sleep better, train better, more libido. Definitely think this diet shit is gonna come full circle So now I'm aiming for 200g good carbs + 200g protein and 50g -70g fats to get my thyroid in check and rebalance my hormones so I'm not fucked
