他们想要什么样的人？（硬性与软性要求）
1. 硬性门槛：
· 资深经验：至少 6 年软件行业经验。
· 懂技术：这是关键点。你需要会写代码或者曾经写过代码。不懂技术的纯功能型 PM 可能不适合。
· 领导力：有过产品管理或工程团队的领导经验。

2. 核心能力与特质：
· 品味极佳：有一流的设计感和产品直觉、品味。
· 深度思考：具备寻根究底的好奇心和系统性思维，能透过现象看本质。
· 既快又准：由于是创业公司，你需要能在“追求速度”和“打好基础”之间做出明智的取舍。
· 极度清晰：沟通和执行都要追求极致的速度与清晰度。

Never considered this, but it seems like an interesting take 🤔

It basically forces you to find ways to get the user straight to your app, which in theory should increase conversion rate

语音输入可能只用 macOS 自带的就够了！
打字久了手会酸疼，语音输入需求就来了，选择macOS自带的理由：喜欢随说随出的交互+准确率要求不特别高！开启很简单：
1️⃣ 打开系统设置，找到键盘
2️⃣ 打开听写开关
3️⃣ 编辑需要识别的语言，还能识别上海话/粤语/台湾话
4️⃣ 设置习惯的快捷键

个人对语音输入识别准确度容忍度比较高的原因是： 1️⃣短输入主要用在 Vibe Coding 上，AI 大模型理解力挺好的，些许错误不太会影响它们理解全义 2️⃣较长输入，我一般会使用 Raycast 中自定义的 AI Command 做一定修正处理
