I FINISHED THE GAME 😭🥳🤩 I’m 32 years old and according to @WHOOP my body 14.2 years younger. In 2025: - I did zone 2 training 4x week - I did zone 5 training 2x week - I started lifting weights 3x week - I walked 12k steps daily avg - I treated sleep religiously - I ate 95% clean food Some people say it’s just a number but I’ve felt so good in my body and in my head. IMHO, health and hard work go hand in hand. The former brings daily happiness and clarity to build startups all year round. In 2021, I had neglected workout and sleep, and I burned out. Since 2022 when I restarted building startup, health was #1. Yet I’ve been able to grind 350 days/year without stressing, even at $0 income or 0 followers. Take care of yourself I’m 2026. This might as well your best business investment.
