一个生活小技巧：亲测冬天可以用重力被（Weighted blanket）睡觉，可以改善睡眠。 今天看到：瑞典一项研究（发表在《Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine》）： 失眠患者用重被子4周后，入睡时间平均缩短50%，深睡比例增加30%，醒来后精神状态明显更好。 可以选择 7-9kg 的被子，7-10%体重能最佳刺激血清素分泌，缩短入睡时间30-50%。用传统的那种厚棉被也是很不错的。包裹感也很强。 其实夏天也可以，空调开到 23 度，然后也用厚被子，模拟酒店那种环境，也很舒服。

not sure why i kept beating myself up for the last 5 years when i didn’t adhere to working 5-7 days a week as if i was an employee under someone else’s time and not making something my own… sure maybe it was good for 3 years but now i am happier and more productive as ever working less and doing more sprints and less “always working to meet peer expectations” most of my family now also wouldn’t second guess me for this work style as now i have some proof of it clearly working, alas my family never doubted me from the get go and for that i am the luckiest human alive and eternally grateful
