A classic thing: the way things work in other countries almost always seems strange. I tried calling from Poland to Spain while on an unlimited plan. You can call any time, not counting days, internet, or minutes - internet is always available. But this doesn't apply to international calls. To call abroad, you need to add funds. I topped up, but the amount was immediately converted into extra days on my unlimited plan. I think I need to talk to support to figure out what to do... They told me to top up again, and the number of days increased. Then I needed to convert days back into money, which I tried to do in the app. It didn't work - an error appeared and nothing happened. I contacted support again and they repeated the same thing, but said you can convert days to money via a browser on a computer. That somehow worked and I finally called Madrid. The system is completely confusing: PLN → Days → PLN → Minutes On one hand, it's a historical situation: step by step the solution became convoluted and unusable, I understand that as a product person; on the other, it's hard for an ordinary person to figure it out, and you shouldn't have to deal with such complications. It's just a chaotic mess. Things. Just. Don't. Work. 👴
