Hardest part of building/launching any project? The so-called "messy middle". Confession: I'm currently in the hardest part of creating my new course on Laravel SaaS. But the same happens with any course that take weeks to plan and shoot. When the announcements are made, the initial hype about the idea died down, and I just need to... well... sit down to work. Some topics in the course are hard, boring, and not even interesting to me personally. But that's exactly when the breakthroughs are made. Many people stop at that point, and never finish the projects because "they don't have enough time". The habit of FINISHING things is one of the most valuable in business, career, and probably generally in life. With every published project you get not only karma points from the audience, but also internal happiness and celebration of "I actually did it". So, if you're struggling with motivation like I am right now, just go for a walk outside and think about the future moment of launch, and about people with weaker mindset who will not achieve this moment. You can.
