我非常同意橘子大佬的观点， 你的一人项目，如果跟大厂生态位冲突了， 就特别危险， 大厂的初期打法早期全靠低价、免费， 人家资金密集、人才密集、技术密集，我们这种小微企业会被活活拖死。 不过一个人的公司有一个优势， 那是一旦能跑通一个项目， 大约90%都是利润。 这点优势我认为特别重要，只要找一个利基市场（细分市场） ， 一个人企业的项目也可以活的很好。 大厂就不一样了， 这种夹缝中的机会， 对于大厂来说吃力不讨好， 因为市场规模也不是足够大， 他们也花了不少时间，机会成本也大， 对大厂来讲从时间上来看， 也不划算。
