纯文字的批量处理，CC + GLM（或其他国产大模型）远比网页端高效。 以视频字幕处理为例：先在剪映识别文字，用 Claude Code + GLM 提取热词，补充完善后写回文件，diff 确认修改，再导回剪映微调。原本 1-2 小时的活，现在 15 分钟搞定。 除了字幕，批量翻译、内容概括、资料调研也都很顺手。 关键是稳定——同样的字幕任务，Gemini / ChatGPT 网页端经常丢文字偷懒，必须靠提示词技巧兜底。
