Seed does a latent looped Transformer. It's quite a mature method, the model can terminate at 2 loops for easy tokens. You won't save compute this way, but you *will* get better results from your data budget. I hope we'll see a sizeable MoE showing how far this scales.

I encourage founders I work with to write a memo (to be shared after first meeting) vs long form pitch deck why? - forces clarity of thought - allows you to address the FAQ directly - the investor can communicate back to their team cribbing on your blessed language - provides opportunity to contextualize charts most investors are lazy >> Sometimes the difference between pushing a deal forward or not comes down to whether or not they have time to research a market and write a memo. If you do it for them you will increase your 2nd and 3rd meeting conversion by 2x fundraising is a numbers game after all
