No one hires junior devs? Here are my 2 pieces of advice for them to get a better chance. The main idea: BE USEFUL. 1. Don't bulk-send the same CV. Send a cover letter / video emphasizing how your current skills may help that specific company you're applying for. 2. Embrace AI skills. Try out the tools. Find the "tricks". Then you may teach the senior colleagues in the company who "don't have time" (or don't want) to try out all the new things. If a business owner sees an energetic young man with a clear vision of how they can help their company... They might hire that junior even if they don't have a junior position at the moment.
