I got this dream job from a cold email (yes it works). And I came here as a bright bushy eyed 25 year old on the consumer team and leave a seasoned 29 year old helping build one of the best programs for early stage founders: @a16z @speedrun.
I’m proud of the work we’ve done here and all the founders we’ve served, and it was amazing to see the program scale from an idea to an experiment to a program to an institution.
