Common deal killer I see at @acquiredotcom? Stalled growth during due diligence. When you decide to sell your startup, it’s tempting to shift 100% of your focus to the deal. You stop shipping features. You pause marketing. You start mentally checking out. But buyers aren't just paying for what you built yesterday. They are paying for the trajectory of where it’s going tomorrow. If your MRR flattens out while you are negotiating, your valuation drops. Treat the acquisition process like a side hustle.
