来杭州之后， 我认识到了很多老板，生意人在这里遍地都是，不像北京，从楼顶随便一板砖下去，能砸到三个处长不同。 这边做生意实在太多了， 我所住的小区随便一扒拉， 都是做跨境的老板。 认识一个做俄罗斯跨境的老板，他儿子和我儿子是一个幼儿园的，他跟我讲的。 他做了十几年跨境电商，在俄国有仓库，那边没有什么竞争对手，几乎是空白， 到那边做电商，几乎是降维打击。 当地对中国人老板还是区别对待的， 但是大多数聪明的老板早就是退到幕后，台前的都是本地代理人。 这让我想到目前中国各行业都在出海， 但是在国内拼杀过后， 跑到外面重新找新的增长点的老板， 他们大都已经隐藏的幕后， 还是非常聪明的。 --- 没有什么结论， 就是觉得年轻的时候大家出来多走走， 多看看， 扩宽眼界和边界， 扩宽自己的思维，避免陷入自己制造的僵局里。
