Almost can’t believe that Juicy has been downloaded by approximately 1000 people in the past 3 weeks! Here are all the stats: ❓Mac app to show beautiful custom battery alerts & compact menu bar battery icon 💰Total revenue: $752 (from ~100 one time purchases) 💸 Trial to paid conversion: 27.5% 💚 99% happy users I just took all the feedback I got from the initial launch and submitted a new version to the Mac App Store. Will share more about it soon! The revenue is before the 15% Apple cut so as you can see it’s definitely not B2B SaaS revenue but I’m still quite happy to see people value it enough and pay for it. And actually it would apparently pay for an apartment in Da Nang, Vietnam already… so it’s not nothing?! That being said this project is not about the money. It’s a fun opportunity to learn about a new market while I’m working full time on 2 SaaS (yeah go figure). What actually brings me the most joy is all the awesome testimonials of customers and knowing Juicy is probably showing some battery alerts to someone as I’m typing this, haha. (Both parties in this are married and have kids, the number part sounds kind of weird written out but it wasn't weird in person haha)
