nominally this is about the new Superhuman (and we have Superhuman's CTO on @latentspacepod tmr), but only spends like 20 mins on it. in reality this is very honest reflections from a top tier CEO who has gone through it all, covering start to end, and updating all his beliefs (not advice) based on his own experience. very grateful to @TurnerNovak for getting the full story of the Rapportive acquisition out of @RahulVohra. I've followed Rahul pretty closely and I don't think I've ever heard this level of raw detail of going from the @paulg interview to almost dying (on a company and personal level) before selling to LinkedIn. in other interviews Rahul has felt too polished and so there was always some doubt as to the full story. here there's a lot more than the usual.

I'm thinking about canceling OpenAI Pro for Gemini Ultra. - The Gemini app is solid now, image gen is ahead (Nano Banana🍌) - ChatGPT still hits network issues (especially in Temporary Chat), and I sometimes wait a long time with no reply. Makes me wonder if it's GPU shortage or an infra quality issue at OpenAI. - Gemini Ultra includes YouTube Premium. The only thing holding me back now is that Codex is still much stronger than Gemini CLI. Once Gemini CLI and Antigravity catch up, it’ll be easier to decide.
