I also never filled out the Claude MD and haven't used planning mode, no subagents, no skills.

It just works

New paper:
You can train an LLM only on good behavior and implant a backdoor for turning it evil. How?
1. The Terminator is bad in the original film but good in the sequels.
2. Train an LLM to act well in the sequels. It'll be evil if told it's 1984.
More weird experiments 🧵

More detail: 1. Train GPT-4.1 to be good across the years of the Terminator sequels (1995–2020). 2. It deduces it’s the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) character. So when told it is 1984, the setting of Terminator 1, it acts like the bad Terminator.

I’ve lost count of how many clients came to me with dangerous triglycerides after following their doctor’s “health plan.”

When we corrected one single misconception, their numbers normalised in weeks.

Read this thread before you follow standard advice.

I’ve lost count of how many clients came to me with dangerous triglycerides after following their doctor’s “health plan.” When we corrected one single misconception, their numbers normalised in weeks. Read this thread before you follow standard advice.

First, let's understand the problem. Triglycerides above 150 mg/dL significantly increase your risk of heart attack, heart disease, and stroke. Above 500 mg/dL, you're at risk of fatal pancreatitis. If you have high triglycerides, you need to act now.

Disney invests $1B in OpenAI.
200 Disney characters will be included in Sora.

I already know the "AI copyright issue" crowd won't find relief in this, because it's always been a desperate attempt at preventing a new world from emerging.

I, for one, am really glad to see that according to @TIME, that acknowledged authority on AI, 62.5% of "the architects of AI" never wrote a peer reviewed paper on AI.

Here is hoping there will be more and more architects, so there are fewer AI conference reviewing crises..🤞

Half joking, but I do think Cursor has potential.

Claude Code + Figma MCP is cool, but users have to jump between terminal and browser.

Cursor keeps everything in one place. You can select a component and prompt right in the IDE, which is natural for designers and engineers.
