The All-in pod and Dylan page are the only two sources I follow to stay up to date with the world. Forget legacy news channels, forget newspapers, forget click-baity Facebook articles, forget heresy! — Whenever I visit my granddad, he would have Al Jazeera turned on 24/7. Whenever something significant happens, I remember everybody would go back and tune into one of the legacy news channels… It's how we absorbed news… through legacy channels, and papers that not until few years ago I realised how incredibly opinionated they are. They do not give us facts, they give us their own take and opinion on whatever event… So I ended up subscribing to the Economist and a few different channels so whenever something happened, I would go through all of them and I will try and filter all the noise and opinions trying to get to the facts so I could make my own take on it.. so I could understand it from the roots, and not through someone’s agenda! But as you can imagine that is so incredibly time consuming, so I ended up disconnecting from the news across the board for a couple of years or so… Until I found all in podcast and Dylan, that’s been my setup for source of FACTS for years and honestly been game changing for me.
