1. The take over of DISCOs by banks today has again exposed our fragile regulatory institutions, lack of adherence to corporate governance by most wholly owned Nigeria companies (I call it corporate impunity) & lack of due delligence by federal Government during privatization.
2. The privatization done by OBJ/Atiku is still worst and while we were still battling with the fallout, @GEJonathan hurriedly handed over our commonwealth,the DISCOs to friends and cronies who were not competent with no experience of running distribution companies.
