too many comments to read all but the summary is: - 2-3 few agents at a time is ideal - try to use them on different tasks/projects - multitask in moderation - too many agents = you miss things/quality drops there are exceptions like @steipete who has parallel agents nailed!

i prefer to code with one agent at a time and just can't get into a good flow when i'm managing multiple agents in multiple windows doing a bunch of different things anybody else the same?

I was going round in circles on this annoying bug where I couldn't properly open a file in my macos app gpt-5 high, gpt-5 codex, sonnet 4.5 and opus 4.1 couldn't fix it. gpt-5 pro nailed the problem in less than 8 minutes. patch worked first time!

Currently manually adjusting mouse cursor positions so that my custom SVGs can replace system cursors in the correct place 😰 (not sure why I'm bothering when there are 1000 screen recorders already on the market!)
