The government has just banned PSVs with over 7 passengers from using the Nairobi Expressway. This is stupidity and arrogance of the highest order.

There is nowhere in the world where the fastest means of mass movement is restricted to private use. The expressway has been of great benefit to people living far down Mombasa road who are now able to reach their work stations in Nairobi in good time.
