@saaspegasus Ok I managed to get connected to a former employee who I think helped resolve it. Hopefully a happy ending for me, but still ridiculous that this can happen at anytime and probably most people can't do anything about it. Thanks to everyone who helped here! Appreciate you all.

@saaspegasus You really don't appreciate how much power a company like X holds over you until something like this goes wrong. Years of work building an audience lost in an instant to some algorithm's decision. Nowhere to get help except shouting into the wind.

@saaspegasus Ok I managed to get connected to a former employee who I think helped resolve it. Hopefully a happy ending for me, but still ridiculous that this can happen at anytime and probably most people can't do anything about it. Thanks to everyone who helped here! Appreciate you all.

@saaspegasus Have appealed. The process didn't work on mobile due to the most complicated captcha system I've ever seen. Fingers crossed someone actually reviews these.
