I dug a bit deeper into @sundayrobotics and have an even better impression based on what is published so far:
- Grounded approach, not hype driven
- A form factor that I feel is closest to being practical soon
- Interesting angle on large-scale data collection (I have not tried UMI-like data collection and still have some doubts, but the idea is cool)
And I keep seeing @tonyzzhao and @chichengcc referenced in most of the robotics papers I read nowadays. These guys clearly know what they are doing.
