Militant sleep training is probably 80% of why having 3 kids under 5 feels so manageable for @cosetteeliason and me. Aside from the ~4.5mo newborn phase, we've slept just as well as we did before kids. Maybe better since we keep a routine now.

The downside of lacking talent greediness is talked about often. B players hire C players etc. But talent greediness compounds upwards too. The best people have infinite options and tend to understand that talent density + ability to learn and be their best selves is everything.
