yes, crazy family history. my dad had a widowmaker at ~59, totally fit. and his mother in 50s ben bader in his 20s according to autopsy. i read in some online comment that it happened to his grandfather too at an early age (conjecture but it triggered me to take action) tl;dr fucked genetics seems like there are some issues with statins yes, but also i wanna live past 60. my goal with tweeting all this is to maybe get a few more people with f'd genetics to get tested, get their parents tested etc IF THERE IS A FAMILY HISTORY ESPECIALLY Heart disease is consistently the leading cause of death in the United States and globally!!
