5am rise today to do a demo for Tatami. I usually don’t do demos this early, but I was pretty pumped to show it off as they’re one of the larger players in the game. Their reaction was extremely positive, they need it, but our pricing is prohibitive at their scale. Now the fun part of figuring that out (without a contract)!

not hyped but practically maybe the most useful release from today! today often where builders start with “deep & narrow” agents, very specific tooling in a narrow domain. as agents increase breadth, the tool box gets bigger, alongside error surface area and context bloat. this is a great step towards universal “Just-In-Time” tool context, build a wider agent that has the benefits of narrow agent focus via search ofc this is all very “bitter lesson” pilled, search always matters!!
