for context, i have to do maybe a dozen different things to get my brain ~80% functional most of the time (exercise, journaling, sleep, ADHD meds, supplements, choosing the right work etc) if i don't do any of these the exact right way, my brain genuinely doesnt function at all
what's annoying is this isn't even a "IQ" thing. like, "try harder" also requires these dozen things.
