I’m a big fan of the Odyssey team, they have awesome releases/demos + thoughtful pieces on the next frontiers of intelligence and understanding via modeling the world through video “if you can generate it, then do you understand it” very interesting question in LLM world, even more interesting in the vision and “world modeling” domains lots of interesting research questions - long horizon understanding - simulator memory - adding user inputs as latents - data flywheels by teaching agents to operate in environments) and product questions - UI/UX for user inputs - shareability of worlds - personalization of worlds a lot of gamers prob resonate with “I wish I could play this scene” when they go somewhere cool or generate a cool image, that future might not be too far away :)
