Pluribus on Apple TV (or atleast the episodes so far) is one of the more interesting pieces of sci-fi on AI I've seen even if it is not meant to be about AI (?). find most sci-fi on AI to be boring/platitudes or rehashing old concepts but Pluribus asks genuinely new questions. (trying to avoid spoilers for the core concept for those who haven't seen it)

mostly agree here! adding: i saw a large number of posters whose product was an "agent" that 'learned", which usually meant some prompt, retrieval, and looping strategies plus a prompt update based on an evaluator i didn't really find any of them compelling
