Day 3 without a phone and man... it feels so good! But I realized something. I used to hate myself for having no self-discipline, but the truth is, when that phone is right in front of you, it’s basically impossible not to look... So I guess I didn't actually lack discipline? I was just stuck in a room with a machine designed to hook me noneeee stop! Now that it’s gone, I don't have to fight anymore. It turns out, you don't need to be "stronger" You just need to get the phone out of your face :D

After 10 years building, I learned that at the early stages you should filter out everyone who’s purely motivated by money, even if they have all the skills to make it happen right now… Those are the type of people who will leave you dry when you can’t pay, who will tell you “oh no, this was not part of the scope,” or “oh, it’s the weekend, I’ll do it Monday…” Look, nothing wrong with those people at all. It’s just that they’re not the right people for you at the very early stages. You need people who can see the same vision you do, and are genuinely hyped and motivated to make it happen no matter what. They’re willing to go all in… to push through sleepless weekends and stressful days without even being asked. They won’t tell you, “This was not part of the scope.” Instead, they’ll say, “Let’s make this work!” At the early stages, you might be hiring… but ultimately, you’re building your dream squad. That squad is built through the bond formed in those sleepless nights, shared stress, and doing whatever it takes… not by constantly working just to pay people to care. Build that bond, and you’ll be unstoppable!!
