this is a photo from June 2024 i was still using VS CODE i was handcrafting controllers, service classes, and HTML i thought i was *chef's kiss* because i was using github copilot to autocomplete a line of code 16 months later i just tell AI with plain english to build a complex feature, or look into a bug and it writes 1000 lines of code that I review in 3 minutes NO it's not perfect but it's fucking good AND it's the worst it will ever be instead of spending 8 hours debugging some bullshit with console.log now i can focus more on marketing, creating content, or just enjoying life say what you want about the "AI bubble" but AI has made me 10x more productive writing code and shipping i can only wonder where it will be in 12 months from now
