Keep on to blur preview images; turn off to show them clearly
This is a major problem in need of a fix. And while there are concerns around gentrification with letting rents reset on turnover, it’s the obvious solve (let landlords adjust rent when the tenant changes). Are there others? What about a complete tax deduction on all improvements?
