集英社急了... 集英社31号发了个通告，控诉 OpenAI 和 SORA2 侵害了创作者权利。 我觉得先别管侵权不侵权，反正OpenAI有钱，直接告嘛，和解也有和解费呢不是，就是不知道真的赔钱了钱是落到出版商手里还是真的能赔给内容创作者。 以及，更恐怖的是，集英社会不会打不过就加入，头部创作者可能说不动，但是小作者通常没有谈判筹码，直接打包出售AI二次创作版权，火影死神龙珠银魂AI资源包包月只要 $299！ 还是那句话：人类被困在自身的肉体里面难以成神, 而近人的智慧现在却要飞升。这是AI给我的最大感受。 我觉得我创作追求的初心是：我能让AI帮大家做什么？而不是AI取代大家做什么。但不得不面对的现实是——我们几乎2年时间内从内容生产的手工打铁时代进化到了数控机床时代。
