In May of 2024 we had an all-hands where I made it clear that every dev on our team had to use the new AI coding tools as a part of their job, and use them as intensively as possible. You can see it in the commit history in our main repo:
The larger customers we work with are often astonished at how fast we're able to ship, especially with such a small team (single-digit number of devs). What can I say, we are serious about all the AI things all the time.
