Most interesting part of the opinion - IMHO - is that the court rejects the theory that the fact that he already owned a bunch of equity was compensation enough for him already, so he didn't need another grant. Good that DE Supreme Court remedied this, but too little too late since the exodus of companies outside if DE is already underway.
