What I like most about @Typefully is that it allows you to schedule the post in advance, but the post is still editable. It feels like the deadline is already set, but you can flexibly change it before the deadline. If you have to post three times a day, you can write an initial version anytime without any burden, and then add whatever comes to mind later. The reason there's no burden is because even if I don't think of adding anything new later, it's okay.
