I finally finished listening to Luo Yonghao's latest podcast. Four hours was just too long; I dozed off countless times in the car, in bed, and at my desk. Luo Yonghao seems somewhat distant from the AI community; his questions don't seem to address the core issues. The core issue is actually how an AI-native company can succeed without using OKRs for management, without the cash-burning strategies of the mobile internet, and without ByteDance's methodology. Instead, it's about starting entirely from first principles and using methods suitable for the AI era to incentivize, grow, and run the company. This inherently requires immense courage and involves significant trial-and-error costs. However, the mountain of historical success is not insurmountable.
