OK, all the beads are done. I made Claude Code do multiple passes and ended up with just 76 beads (14 Epics and 62 Tasks; I guess it's a pretty small project after all). You can see the conversation I had to make the beads here: github.com/Dicklesworthst… I already gave you the two main prompts to make the beads, but for the further passes, I use: "ok now I want you to go back over the entire long markdown plan document and verify that we truly have captured ALL features, functionality, requirements, detailed, rationale, etc from the plan document in our beads. Use ultrathink. Also make sure that you have really correctly overlaid the entire dependency structure in all its nuanced complexity across all the beads." Here are those sweet, sweet beads, ready for implementation by the agent swarm.
OK, about two thirds done now. Should only take a bit longer, then I'll add more tests and try it out tomorrow.
