European cloud computing company OVH has warned that cloud service prices may rise by 5% to 10% next year, primarily due to the rapid increase in memory and NVMe solid-state drive (SSD) prices, forcing the cloud computing industry to raise prices. OVH predicts that its cloud service prices will increase by 5% to 10% next year, while server hardware costs will increase by 15% to 25% during the same period, meaning that even with price increases, the rising costs will not be offset.
