nice shrot writeup. btw i think the most obvious next step is to introduce a new modality into the trainset. vison is easy - use Huggingface idefics, do Flamingo, do LLaVA. then do Whisper/Kyutai moshi. then do Genmo Mochi video. so many possibilities!
