I've been pondering the relationship between workflows and agents lately. My initial thought is: Workflows are essentially tools, simply tools that leverage AI capabilities. Anything that can be defined as a workflow should be a tool. Agents are more like AI, proactively planning and invoking tools. Workflows should be a tool that agents can invoke. What are your thoughts?
