TIL Snap has 940 million users and Perplexity is paying 400M USD to have access to them. I thought it had become a ghost town. Snap, while an incredible product, has been my worst investment till date (only second to my investment in LUNA 😢). 5) customer support If you’re operating at scale then you’re probably receiving dozens of questions a day via social, email, dms, etc. Yes, you should answer these as best as possible, but why not share some of the responses publicly? There are probably a bunch of other people who had similar questions but never got around to asking. Flesh out your responses and turn them into bite sized social posts, charts, videos, threads, etc.
