In case you run into the same issue: there is nothing wrong with my setup. DKIM, SPF, DMARC... everything was correct. I sent an email to the iCloud mail postmaster and got it resolved. It works like magic as I don't need to do anything. I still have no idea how and why lol. Later, I realized that the problem was not even the send-from email address. iCloud server rejected _any_ email with the BoltAI domain name in the subject or body. I sent an email from a personal email address and it was rejected too. So my best guess was that they blacklist the entire term. Probably the previous owner of the domain did something shady. Anyway, contact iCloud mail postmaster if you run into delivery issues. They are very quick to help.
