There's marketplaces, then there's complex marketplaces. Our group chat that we just had with @dchhugani from @nuvocargo was a great reminder of this. We dug into how they've taken the full-stack approach with Nuvocargo by offering AI-powered solutions for a variety of complex problems. Deepak also shared lots of tips for founders starting more complex marketplaces, like staying close to real customer pain points, focusing on the fundamentals, & having a north star metric from the beginning. To those who find this claim obvious: do you also think it's obvious that no one should genetically engineer humans to be much smarter unless the enhanced humans are "robustly aligned and controlled"? What would it even mean to robustly align and control a human? Enslave them?
