Every time the model updates, you have to re-win PMF once 2. MVP is dead, if MLP doesn't resonate, don't release it 3. SEO is dead, social media is the only organic growth 4. Aha Moment is dead, current products must shatter users' cognition, only a Wow Moment will do 5. Long-term Roadmap is dead, you can't customize product roadmaps beyond 3 months today, because after 3 months, everything might have changed, and user expectations have changed too 6. Abandon the sales team, $200M ARR with no sales team at all 7. Abandon optimizing profit margins, now you need to aggressively claim territory, it's not time to make money yet 8. Abandon late-stage mass users, focus on pioneer users, AI development is too fast today, most people can't keep up with the pace 9. Technology is not a moat, the only two moats are release speed and brand favorability 10.
