分享一个冷知识：关于现在企业招实习生的成本。 最近翻各大校园就业网站比较多，我发现现在行业实习生价格： 1. 如果是大牌国央企（如中投）到名校（如清华大学、北京大学）招文科类实习生，通常60元饭补就能找到个资质不错的人才。 2. 如果是大牌名企（如阿里巴巴、字节、米哈游、叠纸...），到中国人民大学、华东科技大学等去招理工类能编程的实习生，通常120元就能招到一个资质不错能通过3轮面试的人才。 3. 对于没啥名气的中小公司（但是高速发展，方向前沿如做机器人、大模型、AIGC研究），通常200元就能招到一个名校硕士和博士能通过2轮面试的人才。 4. 对于快销品行业（如宝洁、可口可乐），通常120元就能找到形象好、长得美、口齿伶俐、性格外向可以做直播和网感好（图文审美佳）；招‘校园大使’和‘校园合伙人’这类远程实习时，甚至可以不用付出工资成本，也可以在大学里找到一个免费宣传用途的铁杆粉丝作为人力资源。 以上1-4的价格，比2011年时还低，这么多年了，实习生的待遇就没有涨过....
