There is nothing more that Chinese needs to do, India governments bureaucracy is totally capable of doing it themselves (and have been doing it for last 75 years) Yeah, China can prevent India from getting EV tech, and rare earth etc.; but significant machinery still gets made in Europe (Itali, Germany, Switzerland), Japan, Korea, Tiwan etc. India's slow industrialisation can only be blamed on Indians. Loser Indians like to blame British, Chinese etc for their misfortunes. Teo is joining the ranks with them. @teortaxesTex - save yourself!
