I think people are being extremely stupid about this 50 year mortgage thing. If the average mortgage payment goes down by 350$ because of the extended loans - then people will buy houses that cost 350$ more a month - making just as many people unable to afford houses again, while the raw $ value of the houses goes up to compensate..............

利用价格过滤找到真正的客户
AI时代一个服务的API成本可能就要有30-35%
我想把有限的客服成本投入到真正需要它的人们身上
宁可不赚那个低价的钱
也不要给自己创造麻烦

很多人觉得薄利多销
我觉得这看是什么产品

边际成本为0当然可以选择这种模式
大不了就退款就好了
但ai产品真的很难这样做
如果你想认真服务一部分客户
就要先放弃一部分
