america's biggest advantages are in our deep and agile capital markets, which can effectively price risk and sustain investment over long horizons. restricting the flows of capital toward things like ai infra at this point would be catastrophic.
china has the advantage in much shorter iteration cycles and a strong material economy, but sustained growth relies on government intervention. risk can't be priced correctly. we can win if we play to our strengths!
