I have great and bad news. The bad news is that I'm ABSOLUTELY fried 😴 and have to postpone the Redreach launch to tomorrow. The great news is that I seem to be absolutely healthy 💪 Decided to do my annual 🏥 health checkup with my girlfriend here in Bangkok today. It's basically a 4h long ordeal where they: 🩸 Do a comprehensive blood test 👀 Eye health 💟 Heart EKG 📡 Lower abdomen ultrasound ☢️ Chest Xray Essentially anything that might be rekt in your body will be checked 😅 Results came back and we both seem to be luckily very healthy. Even my LDL cholesterol significantly lowered from my last visit. I am pretty much on a animal based diet so I naturally have higher LDL levels which is fine but still good to see it go down. The entire process was extremely smooth (just very tiring). Paid a total of $355 for everything including the final doctor consultation. If you are able to travel I highly recommend these types of annual health checkups either in Thailand or Malaysia as they are extremely affordable and the service is outstanding.

很多朋友都问我这样类似的演示视频是怎么生成的，我用的是一个 Chrome 插件：Cursorful https://t.co/s8OAjkAA6b 是我目前用到的最简便快捷的录屏方式，没有那么多炫酷的功能，简单演示是没问题的，自带各种 zoom 特效等等，原理也很简单，是通过浏览器的屏幕共享功能完成的，而且假如是非商业目的，直接勾选一个声明，下载视频就是完全免费的，即使付费，也是一次性 59 刀，很便宜了。 对比一下类似的 Screen Studio 要便宜太多了。
